I thought I was close to that part, but I actually have to start a new game. Looks like I have another project after I battle Terask II.

Bah! I played NQ1 and got my trophy back when it first came out. I don't want to do the whole thing over again -- it took ages last time.

The the last thing I did on NQ like 2 months ago was beat the Archmagus of Roo and start the caves. Luckily, I am playing on a game they reset, so I never took the gem to Eric. Now I just have to get back to him.

EDIT: And, of course it doesn't work because I already have the gem. And I can't discard it.

I like the new NeoQuest I avatar. I have a looong wayto go before I get it, though.

I myself only collect "pretty" avatars that I happen to like, and this one doesn't really interest me too much... Besides that, I'm still going through NQ II anyway.

How far into Neoquest is this? I am on Evil in NQ2, and I would like to finish that (come on Ramantors Spell Book) before I start this. Anyway, how long will I have to play before I can get this?

Given that I am currently playing NQII on InSaNe (on my way to Anubits) I think it will be quite some time before I will get this avatar. I'm a little sick of continual clicking at the moment.

If only NQI also had some cool weapon prizes. Somebody should write into the Neopian Times, or perhaps ask Mr Insane nicely.

While you might not get cool items from the first one, you do get a heck of a lot more neopoints playing it. So, I think it evens out in the end.

Hehe, I'd started playing NQI early in the week and was pretty close to that part of the plot anyways. I got this avatar a couple of days ago (number 180!)
