*looks at pets* Hmm, I don't think there'd be enough space for all my pets on one account, heh. It would be cool if you could link all your accounts together though somehow. No idea how but somehow none the less. And let us have more than 5 accounts if we look after our pets well 
I don't collect avatars, in fact I don't collect anything. I just look after my pets, buy petpets and petpetpets and do petpages, pet lookups and pics of them. With all the new pets out it's a squish to fit them all into 5 accounts (I never thought I'd hear myself say that).
Though I guess a fifth pet slot would mean 5 extra pets overall...count me in for wanting that too then

LOL, I understand completely. I'm always trying to figure out how to rearrange my pets so they'll all fit nicely, with room for future dream pets.

Well, I actually have only 1 pet on my account. Why? I train my pet for BD and I can't afford to have Kitchen Quests and Faerie Quests going to any pet except my main battling pet. So, I would love to have 5 pets (even 4!) but need to have a way so that quest results go to the right pet. That is why I would like 5 pets but make it where the active pet is the one that gets all REs and quest results.

I believe TNT made it that way intentionally to discourage people from creating too many pets. It is sort of a price to pay if you wish to keep more pets.

I would love for older accounts, which presumably mean people who've been playing longer, to earn an extra slot or a 6th account. I've been playing for nearly five years now and it's agonizing trying to decide which pets to keep and which pets to give up. The ONLY thing that keeps me playing now are my pets and everything else relating to them. I even manged to miss out on keeping the dozen or so old accounts that aren't affected by the rule because I deleted all but one or once I really got into Neopets. I thought I should put more thought into my pets and assumed I'd be able to create new accounts as time went by. We'll have approximately 6, counting the lutari and april fool winner, pets this year alone. Drastically different new colors like grey and more redraws of Maraquan, faerie, etc. Even if I was only eligible for a 5th slot on my main it would go a long way to ease the rage, to put it mildly, I feel more often nowadays towards the actions of TNT.

I guess having 5 pets would overload the server and having so much may just cost Neopets too much... They would have to spend LOTS n LOTS of time to debug the scripts and also fix any junk...

I love MSPs... My dream is to get one
Sooner or later all my 3 pets will get faboo colours from the lab, and then I won't know what to do any more. Getting a 5th pet would be wonderful.
