I'm one of the rare who hate the new look totally. Dear god, I just wish they won't touch my mutant kougie, or I'll flip.

Then again, might aswell flip now. They said in the editroial they would revamp the mutant too >.<

I think it's a million times better than the old kougra.

It looks so much morereal and 3d, the old one looks flat next to it.

I don't have a kougra anyway, but I think I might be more temepted to get one now

Don't really like it too much. It looks more feminine, and not fierce enough. Plus they're done the pose in the weird way with the back leg, like the Lupe.

hey guys, it could be worse.....they could have made it look like a young kitten.

Just to point out, the Kougra was originolly based off of a tiger cub(wasn't that what it was called in the poll?) so it would make seanse if it was at least a LITTLE cute, the tuft of hair is kinda strange....but it makes seanse. (Tiger cubs would probably have it XD) I think it looks fine. it's fierce when it should be, and livley when it's not.

I think they actually did pretty good on the redraw. It isn't drasitcally different from the original. Still, there is something about the way it looks younger that I don't like. It seems more cubbish now. Maybe neopets will do what they intended to do all those years ago and come out with adult versions of pets. I mean, in the image address it says pet_red_baby or something. That is because at first I think they were going to have them age over time....WELL if all the pets get redrawn eventually..they will look young and cute...then they can start to make the older versions of them..(ah..this will never happen but we can dream, right?)

I love the redesign of the Kougras. Makes The_Amazing_Batkat look like he should - the angry pose is so cool!

...Now when he wants something (like that Halloween Paint Brush I was going to get him before the glitches at the TP) all he'll need to do is flash those yellow eyes of his and I'll do anything for him

I really like the redesign. Much better than before. Can't wait until my white Kougra is updated

I love it. Its very nice. Only thing that bugs me is the head.

The like the revamp...they weren't overly cuteified, just updated with a cartoon look. I don't like the nose much, but I love the avatar. This is one of my more favorite revamps...not bad looking at all...well, that nose....

like, its nice, but i hope they don't change the faerie kougra, as its the way i like it, but this new one, the head to me seems a little odd.

i was hoping for something more like the haiku maker personally

they probably won't seeing as they just modded it recently.

I love the 3-d look but I'm not keen on the claws for some reason. I always thought it was nice and cute, it looks a bit like it's gonna claw your eyes out

I think he's adorable and I'm glad he changed but I hope they don't ruin it.

I like it, but I'd have to say it's my least favourite re-vamp, just because I was expecting a little more (since I own a Kougra). But it is such an improvement and it still looks good, so I like it. Sadly, my least favourite pose is the happy one, which is what I'll be seeing the most.

After they finish the Kougra, that leaves a total of 30 more pets that need revamps (Including from the Krawk on as being part of the "new" style). Of course, this revamp will take them a while to do, because the Kougra has so many colours, and many of them need a bit of originality (Mutant, Halloween, Maraquan (hopefully), etc).

And I doubt that the Faerie and Tyrannian ones will be touched.
