Neopets = laggy?

it's definately slow, but then I'm usually doing multiple tasks on the net at once so it doesn't bother me (much)

It's not lagging exactly, it's just that the games are taking forever to load and I'm getting very, very annoyed.

I'm just really getting sick of this. You'd think a site as big and popular as Neopets would have the brains and resources to run it better. I mean, is there one day nowdays that doesn't have some kind of glitch?

And yet we all still play....that's the amazing part. Maybe they have subliminal messages embedded in the site.

When I was using Firefox, it was really laggy, then I tried switching to MSN explorer, and it's fine again.

I'm using MSN Explorer and it's slow as heck. This is really starting to annoy me. Neopets has been this way for a long time.

I'm running on DSL and have cleared out all the temp. internet stuff. Done everything to make my comp go faster, but nothing works. I have no problems surfing any other sites on the internet. They all load pretty quick for me. Sometimes I don't even want to go on Neo unless it's at school with their T1 connection because it's the only way things will load.

*note* I'm also annoyed because the wind just knocked my power out and woke me up. Had things that weren't saved on my comp.

i agree with caroline. acctually it may be slow but i just dont notice that
