Grrr...I can't even GET to neoitems. 
Edit: IMPORTANT! Okay, don't submit your answer yet, because they might add new chocolates later on...listen:
Make sure you take into account all chocolate items on the site, and their rarities, as of the time of the judging of this conundrum, probably sometime next Wednesday. Also, please round up to the nearest day.
But of course we can work out the rest and if they do add more add the new parts to our answer.
(Tomorrow is Chocolate Chia Day, remember.)

Grrr! I have all the information except TWO items that are listed but I cannot find the rarity and a few that I cannot even find anywhere on neopets. I decided that it was close enough to just average it and guess. I got Over 100 but under 200.

Ouch, this is not a LC that's gotta take 15 minutes to do.
And the fact they mention the judging time makes me hesitate about posting the answer(if I get it) right away, hoping for gold trophy.

The biggest problem with this LC is as tinikidi has pointed out ...
if they put out new chocolate stuff during the next week ... then your answer changes.
So this must be their "super hard" week (since last week's was silly). Their definition of "super hard" seems to be either a) guessing or b) finding out the answer can change throughout the week.
What if the news is late on Tuesday ... and doesn't come out until Wednesday night ... and the Tuesday news included new chocolate? *grin*

This one is a very hard one and if I had ever gotten teh answer I would hesitate to post the answer when I did all the work and lazy people took our answers and proportions of our neopoints. Hehe

Well.....Skeiths can eat ANYTHING. So books and TCGs are not out of the question. I figure that he will have those items dipped in chocolate and drizzled with caramel.
Oh, and don't forget to take the prize in account too, as it is filled with chocolate candies.

Bah, very hard! You'd have to get the whole item list from Neoitems, and check each rarity up by the search thingy on Neopets. If it doesnt show up, its rarity 99.

i say get the rarites for all the items up until tuesday or wednesy after most of the neopets BDays (mynci , tonu ) and post it the day before it gets judged

and, um, they released a book that says "Chocolate Chias." I guess that's also a factor.
And a new game avatar for Ice Cream Factory. They said it was extra hard to get...like we had to guess.
