I know exactly how you feel they did that to my account as well..bellybutton_angel...see my sisters use the site as well and they did something wrong and froze mine as well as theres...im getting no response at all from reporting and filling out the frozen account thing, am totally being ignored on the whole thing, is so annoying as had massive negg gallery, 5 mil and some major rare stamps :/

Gah, I know how you feel... Me and q few other people on PPT were all frozen for "Multi-Accounting" at the same time because we had all let a certain person log into our account from their ISP so that they could help us (He helped me transfer a pet)... It sucked and I even snail mailed TNT and I wasn't unfrozen... But Morningstar is definately helpful!

Same thing happened to me when my cousin played over at my house. That was nearly a year ago now. Stupid thing is they uniced one account apologising for their mistake, but trying to get my cousins account or my gallery account uniced just gets stock no responses.

this kinda thing scares me.. I moved to belgium I was scared to play at all cuz of a new ip address.. same with my husband when he was vsiting me in america he'd hop on the spare computer and play.. its always terrifying.. but its a risk.. I wish they'd make the ToS clearer.. because some of it is so very vague and I am hopeful for you to get yer account(s) back good luck!
