Or a water paintbrush, NOT maraquan, not even similar to maraquan, its like jelly or snot or snow pets, I imagine they would be bodies of water shaped like neopets, with fish swimming in them and starfish for feet and hands or something like that...

Ohhh water would be awesome if they made little fishes swimming around in side them! It'd be sort of weird but cool.

How about being able to combine paintbrushes in the mixing pot?

I would put some p/b's togather like There would be Baby/faerie p/b so then if you had a bay kougra it woul dhav elittle wings or somehting.
