The statue has the "TEP" symbol, I believe. My tablet has 3 "TEP" symbols and one "BEN". I've found all three of my libraries. I've read two tablets. One had the "SAF" symbol on it. And the other, I'm not completely sure about (it was before I started mapping and writing all of this information down), but I think it was the "NEM" symbol.

I made a few symbol errors when I was typing this. Sorry to anyone who is keeping record of this information. My tablet has 3 "TEP" symbols and one "KHA" [not "BEN" as I previously reported] symbol. I remembered what other scroll I read. It was "KHA" [not "NEM" like I thought]. Today, I read the "AHN" scroll. In 12hrs, I'm going to read the "TEP" scroll since I know which Library room it's in now and see if the saying changes from "reads" to "understands."

I finished my map two days ago, took me about 3 hours: http://tlq.nl/prut/templemap.jpg

I noticed something strange. Is it just me, or are the libraries always the same? I've entered all three of them, but they always show the same four scrolls:

I've read three of them so far, so I wonder I'll get one of the other two sets of scrolls once I've read the last one?

So I'm thinking this:
If you read the scroll that corresponds to the symbol on the statue, your pet UNDERSTANDS what it is.
So, if you read the correct scroll in each of the three libraries, maybe your pet can help you with the prophecy.
If you get the prophecy correct, a different room that corresponds to your riddle will reveal a different statue with a different symbol.
There are four scrolls in each library, which would mean there are four 'missing statues' if you follow this theory
There are four pieces filled in on the tablet.
For me, the symbol on my statue corresponds with one of the the symbols on my tablet.

This is the train of thought I'm following now. Can anyone tell me if I've made a mistake here?

Sorry if this sounds like gibberish :p

Edit: I did make a mistake. My library doesn't have a scroll with a sun symbol (which I have on the statue) Curses!

My tablet still has only 4 pieces filled in. I'm hope to discover some changes in the tomb after the lock-out has expired..

Seems unlikely.. lol!

it seems that almost everytime I enter a room I never know if the computer is showing me the right room or not. I don't even know how to explain this. can someone tell me why my internet pages don't change like they should? I go into one room and it was the room I was in 2 doors back and I try to click an empty hallway and it turns out it was a door and I get trapped!
is there some setting thats keeping old pages? I have cleared cookies and all my temporary internet pages and it still does the same thing.
Help

I took a picture of the wall behind my desk: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v37/oogabooga/map.jpg
I plan to redo it, maybe in a format like Cerise's since that looked easy to read. The way I've got it now is not very useful.

I also read the scroll with the symbol that corresponds to my statue, and got "understands", but then I read a different scroll and got "reads" again.

SnowWolf75, your poem thing is on the main page of the Temple, underneath the Day/Night Temple picture.

Hopefully this will be my last question about Paint. I did print screen, pasted into Paint, cropped it and pasted into new Paint window. Now when I try to add the next set of doors, it will only let me paste it on top of the first set. I can only see the last set that I pasted. How do I add each set so that I can see them all instead of just the last one I pasted?

I think I figured it out. I had "never search for newer version of websites" checked in my internet options. Don't remember doing that though. Hopefully this will fix it.

It's very possible to end up in the same room. All rooms have a door that leads back to the room you came from. Plus, where you end up after choosing a door has nothing to do with your location. Also, I've read about other people getting their pets turned into sand after going through a regular door.
Hope this helps...

susan i've been having the same problem. Truthfully i think its just neopets. Everytime i load a page it looks like a different page but sometimes it will load quite slowly and be the same page i just came from but with different pictures. I dont know how to fix the problem but I also have that problem it just happened to me twice in 2 hours and it sounds exactly like your problem from my end of view.

I have a big theroy on the scrolls

If you read the descriptions, they describe a place. There are 12 scrolls. There are 12 major worlds on The explore page.

Three of the Scrolls descibe three polace almost perfectly.

Image Here you can take a cool drink. - Maraqua
Image Here you might never be heard from again - Haunted woods..
Image Here you can look ages into the past. - Tyrannia or Meridell it can be either one.
Image Here you can create a stunning exterior fit for an ancient scroll repository. - I don't know I want to say it's Neopia Central
Maybe we speak the name of the world that is on the statue to recive a scroll?

Don't worry, it took me a bit to figure out how to work with paint. Here's 2 links that will walk you through. I hope they help!

Cranberry wrote:I told my faerie statue something about Sakhmet disappearing beneath the sands, by the way, and got kicked out. I really think we need to complete the tablet and get the prophecy before she'll accept anything, though, even if we do manage to hit on the right phrase. Like I said earlier, TNT seems to want each of us to actually do the work this time. I will not be the least bit surprised if everyone's phrase is different, anyway.

I think this is very likely going to be the case, in the end, but until we figure out more we might as well try a few things out. The answer will likely be something we can't even discover yet, in fact TNT might not have even Decided what the correct answer is, they're probably reading forums like these and laughing there butt's off. Then when they finally release a method for filling in the tablets they will decide what the prophecy is :P

But, on a different note: I was geting the same scrolls in different libraries(the same set pictured above), Until I found my fearie, then got a different set... any ideas?

EDIT: I also want to say that I think there is merit in this idea of matching RE scrolls with places. It is possible that TNT made their occurance rate so low that they figured no one person would ever get a whole set, but this would be fine if all someone needed was the item description. This would force a measure of cooperation and hopefully bring some folks together.

pencil_ wrote:This is a confirmation of a theory I've read here.. few pages back I think? I've been stalking a few boards so bear with me if it's a mistake and it's not here!

I've found my faerie statue behind a red rectangular door with a "Lat" symbol (cup-like) over it. The symbol on the faerie is Djo (tree-like).

So I went ahead to the library and read a scroll with the Djo symbol on it.. and it says:
You tentatively step forward and take one of the scrolls.

Your pet understands the scroll and gains a little insight.
Then a trap door opens under your feet and you find yourselves thrown out of the temple onto the desert sands.

I've bolded it just to point out that it's different from just reading a scroll. I remember it used to say "Your pet reads the scroll and gains a little insight."

Hmm.. so.. what did it really understand? o______O

I tried this today. My faerie is in a red rectange room with the cup symbol (Lat) over it. That symbol doesn't appear on my tablet, but the symbol on the faerie's base is Ahn (looks like an ankh), and it does. So today I went into a library and read an Ahn scroll, and I got the "understands" message. I have no idea what this means, though -- nothing on my tablet has changed. I may try reading scrolls that correspond to the other symbols that appear on my tablet (Fer and Kar) next.

Also, to the people who are getting the same four scrolls in every library: I hear that if you refresh, you'll get a different set. It only works once each visit, though. (Personally, I've gone into my first library twice and gotten the same four scrolls each time, and my second library twice and gotten different scrolls both times.)
