Hi, ive just joined this forum and i just wanted to say a few things:
Firstly, will people please read the guide thoroughly at the begining of this split (especially the helpful hint on the vines), the guide has helped enormously, if you take the time to read and understand it.
also, with the vines, you don't neccesarily need all the vines. I completed that section missing one, just try and do the next step and if you get stuck, then go back and find the last vine.
If you are patient you will find this part reasonably easy.

Don't worry. I am notoriously bad at it too. The colors and rotating geometry seriously bug my brain out. Try playing on Zen mode, taking as long as you want. Just zone out for 10-20 minutes, even pausing for other things. It really does kind of train your brain without you even realizing it, even if you don't even 'try' on Zen Mode. My ancient High Score previously was a miraculously pitiful 350 or so, and my first two tries for the plot today were 14 and 90 (I actually was trying that second time lol).

But after some Zen time I managed over 600.

Good luck.

It also appears that I still have a long way to go.
Has anyone got any good walkthroughs or anything?
I was like that too when I was trying to find vines, I had like one more left to find and I couldnt find it anywhere.
What I did was to in turn keep clicking the first path that showed up, then after that, the second path and keep clicking the second paths when they came up, and then third paths, etc.. and then I just kinda started picking random paths and I finally found it. Not sure if that will help.

i went all the way up to 600 at MJB...just to be sure hahaha
but why does TNT have to make us click so much????
i'm at my 3rd meepit feeding and my hand hurts.
UPDATE: i am now down to meepit # 7...and if i don't find him soon i think i'll go insane.

I'm not gonna map until it's absolutely neccessary. Those stupid meepits were randomly placed it seems. I found 3 in the same area.
I like how it's done in flash. Much less annoying than the scroll stuff from the LDP. How I wish the LDP would've been in flash.
Now, if only they'd do NeoQuest in flash. I might be compelled to actually get all the way through a game!
For Meepit Juice Break; I got to level 2 and got over 400 nps. I didn't finish the level, I just sent my score once I had the 400 nps.

At first I did try to map things out. It turned out to be quite well, until I came to the end of the vines part and the entire Meepits part, which I got horribly confused and lost.

im terrible at mapping things, and i have no idea which program to use even if i was going to map. Normally it justs ends up looking like a load of squiggles

For the vines I used the suggestion of collecting the 30 vines, 6 of each tipe, going to the clearing and starting adding up piece by piece and clicking to get the message, my combo was 66500. So it is defenitively not the same to each person and that was the best suggestion of all.
The Meepits was very easy, MPJB is my favorite game, getting the Meepits was easy, see the Meepit, click on the juice, click on the Meepit and voila! Got the 7...now finding the place where to put them...now THAT is a challenge...is driving me nuts!
I think I will go to bed, catch some sleep and come back...

Whew! I finally finished the Meepit part, thanks for all the useful tips you posted!
I managed to find all the vines without mapping, but when I was down to my last Meepit I was completetly lost in the Deep Woods, so I started mapping till I found the last one.
When do you think the next part will be out?
Mon Oct 16, 2006 10:28 am
I'm getting a little frustraited..what clearing? I'm serious, I've been up and down those woods and I have not seen a clearing. x.x;

I've tried all the different suggestions..
and I keep getting messages that I need to add stronger vines.. even when I have all six of all 5 types..
where are the toenailes... I need a key

I decided to map when I couldn't find all my vines; I only mapped about 85% of the vines part because I finally found them.
When I started in the deep woods, I mapped from the beginning -- much easier. I'd mapped it all out before the MJB tip came up. It was pretty fast to find all the meepits and get back to the circles.
I didn't map on the computer. I just took same paper, drew a rectangle, and filled in the map. I used lollipop shapes for trees, and drew the general shape of the path (some use letters for these: c, s, z, l, and I'm not sure what for the backwards c). The first rectangle was "1." I clicked on the left path, and mapped the new screen, labelling it "2." Then I wrote in the #2 over the path that took me there in map 1. I continued around the forest, adding new rectangles for any new screens (some of them were very similar). If I was brought back to a section I thought I'd been in before, I'd click the known link and see if it brought me back to where it should. If it didn't, I'd draw both as new sections. I found that if X led to Y, then Y would lead back to X (at least one of the paths). In the section with 5 paths, two of them led back to itself. This was the only one that did that. Once you're trying to link up all those extra paths, it can get a little confusing. For me, the hardest part was sometimes remembering which section I came from while I looked to find the section I'd moved to -- putting a penny over it probably would have helped.
This is just one way to map (some use arrows from one rectangle to another, but that seems messy to me). I hope it's helpful for those who haven't mapped before.

When I sent my score in the MJB, I returned to the woods, clicked my quest inventory, but nothing ws there!

I am both sad and confused.

This is what the clearing looks like
This also shows how I map plots, I did the same thing with the LDP and it works great!
(ignore the fact that there is an error in my mapping in that screencap, I never finished mapping as I had all my vines and had found my clearing)
I went past the Hissis last night and then walked around at random, gathering as many vines as I could find. I was missing 4 and going around in circles when I went to bed. This morning I started mapping, found my last 4 vines, went down the cliff at the clearing, mapped the deep woods, found all my Meepits and went through the door. Took me 2 hours and ten minutes.
