Altador Plot Split #44

The frustration is setting in.

I went back made sure my constellation was there, talked to the janitor, the astronomy club and lenny. Looked at his list of constellations, looked through the book and looked at the stars above the gladiator.

I have gone into the shop with the correct amount of money and refresh refresh refresh.

Will the item sell out or will it appear just for us because i am trying to do this and work at the same time. I have one computer for work and one i am refreshing on and Nothing. Na-da. Zilch.

What am i doing wrong???

It should be in your first couple of refreshes that you see the item. It will be the last item in the shop.

Make sure you check all FOUR shops in altador - shops number 94, 95, 96, and 97.

It took me about 5 refreshes. I'd say if it doesn't cmoe up in 15 refreshes, you're looking in the wrong place. Also, make sure you have the right amount on hand--it's different in every shop. One of them will be normal (2.31 I think), so don't bother looking there. There are only three shops this happens in.

This is a bit random but I am STILL having trouble with the punch club, Iv already gotten kicked out twice, is there any advice anyone can give me or do i just have to keep clicking untill i figure it out...

There are only 27 possible combinations (3 x 3 x 3):

although i didn't get it at the first shop i went to, i got it right away when i got to the right one and i had the right amount. It even stayed there after i already got the constillation, no matter how many times i refreshed, so I'm not even sure that refreshing has anything to do with it.

True but some peoples browser settings can make a page quite sticky (cached) so refreshing a few times allows for that.

My scales disappeared from Magical Marvels. I hope that indicates an update, but maybe I just didn't notice they were gone earlier.

Edit: Nevermind. If my NP equals the current interest, they show up again.

Do you think TNT may give these to plot participants as a prize when the whole thing is over? I didn't participate in the last plot, so I'm not sure how that worked out...

Be sure to try in all four shops, but other than that there should be no reason that it shouldn't work, or even that you have to refresh.
Just be sure that you already have the gladiator, and that (if you havesome weird settings on your browser) your cache is cleared.

I hope the prizes for this plot will be better than last time's LDP! Asuper powerful version of the ring of the lost would be FANTASTIC, but I doubt it!

(Lutari) Limited Edition?! I'll say!

I hope that one of the prizes for this plot is the opportunity to create a new Lutari, perhaps when Lutari Island itself is revealed (hopefully).



On a more related note, what is this Pink Meepit and Lenny business from the earlier threads about the PPT ShoutBox or something? Has someone actually found a way to the next constellation (The Thief)? Any ideas?

I believe it was determined to be a rumor, I remember reading about it within the past day. Check this thread, and the one previous (#43). Then again...I suppose everything is a rumor now

Oh, I have read every post since Thread #1, that's why I asked about it. What this "Sam" said seems actually semi-plausible but I could not find any more information, so I assumed like you that since no more had been said that it was probably a trick, but I thought to ask again if anyone had found anything, since we all have done more waiting and complaining about such than actually trying things out (not just "looking" for links only).

In hindsight I suppose on PPT I need not ask. As soon as anyone finds anything, it is usually posted here first anyway. But more a reminder, too, if The Thief is next to be released, we should direct our brains to understanding it might be similar complexity to Punch Club and noticing Interest rates, for example. If we need to have something stolen or steal something, etc.; in other words I am just thinking along those lines.

Yeah, we had a talk about this the other day. This is a sub-plot, so we'll be lucky to get anything out of it, other than more busy work. But it's good to dream, right?
