Doesn't the entire site update at once though? So if a new constellation came out, it would already be up.

That is the time they usually put up the news, and they usually update Altador right after that

oh i know, i just thought that since new constellations were released with news updates we'd have already gotten them by now. hopefully i'm wrong though!

Having tabbed through most of Altador, I think I can safely say that its 6:30 PM NST and nothing has changed.

I don't think there is one today, looked everywhere on the map. I think they might be taking a break today.
