Wow, there are some wasted brilliant business minds on neopets. I've searched and searched to find cheap scarab cookies or rings burnt or otherwise. Everyone has seen the opportunity and bought out all the cheap ones and are now selling them at massively inflated prices. Don't believe me? Check the trading post at how many burnt scarab cookies are being traded.

Then type in scarab.

2,000 neopoints isn't quite what I'd call massively inflated. :P

It is when I've been told that people were picking them up for 5np before this avatar!I would say that's s pretty big mark up!400X the price! :o

Eh, it'll be down eventually.

You keep your weapon. It should still be equipped to the pet you used it with.

Duh, Thanks. I was beginning to worry. Now I feel stupid for the fact that it is still equipped to my pet.

There's one for each of the starter signs so there are 12 scrolls (and 1 that was a LC prize but doesn't have any relevance except that it mentioned the scroll repository)

http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 262#447262

This post has the names of the scrolls.

Okay, maybe I was forcing the Star Wars reference last night, but I think the Indiana Jones references are less forced. To start, we had Indiana Tomos and Nabile exploring the 'Temple of Doom' in a couple of comics, complete with water and spike traps. Covered in scarabs is just like Temple of Doom as well. As mentioned a ton back when it was a big deal, the lights and model city was out of Raiders. Also out of Raiders, Razul looks just like the spirits at the end of the movie. I can't really think of any good Last Crusade references, but the way the story arc is progressing makes me think the ending of Raiders. With all the delays, it feels like TNT has the same 'top people' working on the story that the US had working with the Arc. Oh well, the best we can say about all the prizes and fun stuff we have gotten so far is that 'They belong in a museum (or gallery if you don't have a museum).' :P Hmm... maybe Nabile will be saved like Indy's dad at the end of Last Crusade If anyone wants to actually make an Indiana Tomos pic, that would be cool to see.

You should be able to see it more than once per crystal. I know I did and I'm sure everyone else will say the same.

Yes, you sure can. try to remember what time is was you saw it the first time. You will see it again the same hour. You'll see it 8 hrs before that hour, and 8 hrs after that; too.

if you can't remember when you saw the light then maybe try every hour. it'll be a bit boring, but at least you'd find out. ;)
