So why have they done that then?

That was part of the Hannah and the Ice Caves Plot. I think they took that comic, altered some images, and made the shell for the new comic. Then, for easy assecibilty, they put it in the LDP folder on the server.

no i believe it is the part of the current plot as it address to a tomb (temple of 1k tombs) and a key to enternal life has me stumped tho.... possibly it could mean....! Just had a breakthrough into LPD neopets! Cya soon when i try to prove my theorie!

Most believe it to be a placeholder for more comics. Its originally from the Hannah plot. I remember Donna saying something about how that plot and this current Lost Desert plot will have some sort of link together. I think thats the link but alot don't want to concider it a link at all. Its as clear as day.

Not saying that its big or anything, but there are several connections if you look at that specific comic.

Aww, dang. It makes sense though - recycling art to test. So you're saying this comic was part of that plot? I didn't recognize the art because I never was involved in the Hannah plot.

my theorie was that possibly to go to your nuria statue and speak the correct phracy to it and see if it is possible to go into that passage that was under the statue and (possibly) go to the heart of the tomb. Can one of you please try it out for me as some person *stares at dad* seems to have chucked some maps into the bin.

it means absolutely nothing, especially since neo used the same thing for the shell in the CoM plot...at that time people thought it was a clue and it proved not...

Edit: The original only had 1 page, while the new one has another blank page after it. No explination for that except either they are planning something, or made the thing clickable to make it easier.

Ahhhh... yes but TNT have said this will be a very hard plot to solve thus making things like that that have been throughout plots a possible clue thinking that we will dismiss as a fake. I believe they have used this against us, yet again tricking us to think it is a fake but yet a vital clue.
