Ah for us adopting is not very expensive but for a neopet with few np it could be quite an expense.

A Flotsam wouldn't make sense as the main character in any plot that wasn't underwater.
I bet Lupes and Aishas are the ones chosen repeatedly because whoever draws the plot can draw them well in a variety of poses. Also, they've been anthropomorphised before, so there are pictures of them that the artist(s) can refer back to.
Also, Bruno's a Gelert. Have Gelerts been used much before? I don't recall them being much in plots...
Other less popular pets that seem easy to anthro up a bit, and might reasonably be featured in plots(Moonie's prediction): Rukis, Buzzes, maybe Kyries, and Lennies--although they'd look strange with hands, come to think of it.

While we're talking about species to star in plots, I'd love to see more of Jubjubs. True, they can't be anthropomorphised as easily, but that doesn't mean that they should be stereotyped as bored construction workers. :-) They're one of the cutest species around.
I'd definitely love to see more diversity in general - Xweetoks, Rukis, Boris, Myncis, Quiggles, Hissis - the whole lot.

silly question... Have we always been able to click on the little stones in the 2 pathways that lead up to the desert fairgrounds and the battledome? Of course, they don't lead to an existing page. Anyhoo, I figured this was REALLY old or new. I'm thinking most likely old and I'm blind. Now where did I put my glasses???

I'm excited! They're starting a new plot in time for my birthday! Woo Hoo! And I love the Haunted Woods. It's my fave. ^_^

Well I'd never noticed it before either. Having said that, the stones near Fetch are clickable too, and every single stone leads to a broken link. We may be barking up the wrong tree...but still, I'd never noticed

Altador was during my finals and I missed most of the LDP due to college realated commitments (and my bf threatening to dump me if I kept playing on neo - he's got over that now

)
I have a feelnig this plot will have me spending many a lunch hour in the office not eating and feverishly clicking away.
I did take part in the meridell war but my pet was only strong enough to take out the spyders.
Also speaking of war inflation I bought myself a decent(ish) battle set yesterday. I'll fight until I can fight no more and when the opponents get too hard sell the lot off at inflated prices. (Either that or keep a decent battle set

)

Neopian genetics are such a mystery.
And I don't get why we wander into the gypsy camp to get told the story of an usul who wanders into the gypsy camp and gets told a story... I got a headache at the beginning
That aside, hooray for new plotness.

You could also sell the lot off at inflated prices, wait for the war to end and prices to drop and then buy an even more decent battle set with the neopoints you made selling your previous set

Kinda like not eating for a week because you ..er I couldn't find the right combination to NOT flood Altador?

Let's just say I already spend alot of time procrastinating getting work done and playing Neopets. and that this plot certainly won't help

Especially if it is a war-based one...hopefully my pet is stronger lol

All of the stones have been clickable for as long as I've been a member (14 months). I've always assumed that they were part of an old plot. But maybe TNT will end up doing something with them again for this plot.

yes, i remember them being clickable too... and i've been a member for 6 years

i don't remember WHEN they became clickable, however... it's as long as i can remember.
