You find the first parchment by playing pyramids. You have to do those in order.

No, he came on to tell us the next part of the plot IS active, because a few people here were saying it wasn't and suggesting we all just sit and wait. I think Mr. Insane likes to watch us try to figure things out, so he let us know we should keep going.

The Useless Crystal:
Do you think there is a "front side" and a "back side" to the crystal? How did we know which way to put the crystal into the pyramid?
I assume ... we see the "front" of the crystal.
Notice the graphic as the crystal goes into place ... it seems to be showing us the orientation the crystal is going into the slot.
Trying various theories with the colors on the useless crystal/scrolls atm.

Well, unfortunately, even with Mr. Insane's encouragement I'm going to have to sit today out - I have university and it's coming up to exam time. Good luck to the searchers, keep us all posted. ^^
