Please stop quoting the big old thing, it's starting to make my eyes sore!

Well they are making my pages on my one computer just like the last ones and the ones before that and... wait neo had ads before??? They didn't. I miss that age, now we put up with ad crap.Chao wrote:# Banner Update - You may have noticed a new banner at the bottom of some pages. Please bear with us during this experimental phase as we are trying to do what is best for the site. With that in mind, these new banners should not make the page load any slower for you and are placed at the bottom of the page so you can browse the site as normal. Rest assured no banners will appear on your userlookups!
They're here to stay.

Translation: Banner Update- You may have noticed yet ANOTHER huge honking unwanted banner on this site which you all knew to be banner-free at one point. Please bear with us as we begin the desensitization process on you until you are able to mentally accept the site looking like the side of a Nascar racer. With that in mind, we want to drain as much as this site's value though use of extensive un-needed advertising before it hits the dot-com graveyard. As a gesture of our "generousity" to you little money-making drones, we have provided you no banner on your lookup...which we wish for you to feel grateful for, even though that is nothing new and you never had a banner there before in the past.

Val, and for this you paid how much??????? If I was a premium user, I'd be throwing a flaming evil coconut or two at someone wearing a "I work for Neopets" T-shirt!
