The answer was:

(sorry I dont know how to do that blinking thing that stamps does)

my obscure clue of "meepit blood? I didnt know meepits lived around him...I didnt fight any at least" was in reference to neoquest I. The area around leirobas did not have any meepits, just pesky swamp creatures and desert folk

And the clue was:

"I wouldn't want to run across this guy; if you made him mad, he might curse you with meepit blood or something. He's got an extensive supply of various gross liquids, you know."

Which is similar to the text on the collectable card, reworded so it would be much harder to Google.

"A denizen of Swamp Edge City, Leirobas is a collector of the fluids of various creatures. However, he may know darker magic, should you say the right thing to him..."

GIMP is an image program that can be used for making animated gifs
(this is NOT a clue to the MP)

Hee, I think my "first to find it" streak is gonna end at two, because I have no idea what this is. I'm still looking, though -- I hope someone finds it soon, because it's nearing contest closing time!
