Wow, thanks! I even perused some petpages but didn't find that. That should make the game more enjoyable and less frustrating for me.

As for tips and pointers, I generally try to make longer chains only at the very beginning, as soon after the board does get filled quite fast by 3 jellies every time one moves a piece. I try to keep things to the sides in general and create a space in the middle for things to travel through, like in a cross, Z-shape or S-shape or something similar. I try to avoid diagonals unless it is easier and a chain is already started since the amount of space it seems to free up is not that usually useful afterwards.

I am sure there are plenty of better strategies out there, but with this one I can at least hit 6,000 and then some. Hopefully more now with the cheat.

And it's a Jelly World game now, I see. No wonder it's not showing up in searches. Though I gotta say, it's kinda silly to create a new game, announce it to God and everybody, then place it in a world that they're constantly denying the existence of. "What new game? You're crazy! It never existed!" *MIB pen flash*

All right, editorial over. The only other strategy I've been able to develop from playing this game is, don't waste any moves, if at all possible. Early on in the game, sometimes jellies will appear in such a fashion that it only takes one or two moves to line up five of them (or more if you're lucky). Take the time to look for them. If you see one, take advantage of that lucky break!

Most of you have probably noticed this as well, but bombs will destroy rocks as well as other jellies. They will also destroy any other bombs in the blast radius, so don't put them too close together. (If you can help it. Sometimes, sadly, it's unavoidable.) Hope that helps...well, someone.
