Has anyone else noticed how crappy the new prizes on the strength test are? Ever since they made it winnable, I've noticed I've been getting worse prizes. I used to at least make my money back on average. Today, I just got the following:
Image What the heck? 52/100 and I win something available on the SW for 5 NP? I win more NP when I get a 3/100! Has anyone gotten anything decent from TYS lately? I'm considering giving up playing it altogether...

When did they release new prizes and make it easier to win? I still get like 3/100.

Sorry, I meant that since they started letting people win the jackpot, they've changed the prize distribution. So before, I would get a squishy brain wrap when I got like 16. By the time I got past 20, I'd get something worth at least a few hundred NP (usually a rarer spooky food or a bunch of NP). I got in the 40s or 50s twice -- once, I won some spooky battle item worth a few thou, the other time I won a spooky petpet worth 3k.

A squishy brain wrap given a score of 52 doesn't seem right given the old prize distribution. This was my first big win since the game was tweaked; my <20 wins have all been worth only a handful of NP or a spooky doughnut (worthless since the plot)...

I won a halloween paintbrush from it a week ago (score of 76). So yeah. You can definitely win good stuff from it.

I just won a Zomutt (99k) with a score of 64 (which is about the same score as the last time I won a zomutt before the jackpot was winnable) and I know someone recently won a Halloween paintbrush playing Test Your Strength. I haven't noticed any real change in prize distribution since the jackpot became winnable myself. That's really odd to get a squishy brain wrap with a score of 52... I usually get squishy brain wraps with crappy scores below 5 or something.

Okay, well thanks for the info. I was so excited to see the bar shoot up, and then... squishy brain wrap? But if good prizes are still reasonably available, I'll keep trying and chalk this one up to bad luck...

Thanks again.

The Strength Test isn't affected by your pet's strength, is it? Cause that could be the reason I am failing so miserably at it :P

No. It's more or less random. So having a stronger pet does not necessarily mean you'll do better at TYS.

Ive gotten around the same score, and got crappy prizes too. Some really cheap spooky food that I get when I score a 3. But Ive also gotten Zomutts, Gnars, and more rare food items with other higher and lower scores. Maybe that particular scoring range is unlucky.

That's the point of the Deserted Fairgrounds games... all carnival games, in fact. ;)
