I'm getting them while I'm on Opera. And for the record, I'm on Neopets only when I'm using Opera to browse it (unless I have my PureVolume player on -- I've never had popups with PureVolume), and I get like three or four. There was one time I got them on Mozilla (because I hadn't set up my popup blocker yet), and my browser shut off.
