I am unable to retreive my prize after I scratch the card. Flash games however works well. I have similar problems with flash wheels. I have a new computer on windows xp sp2. I browse with firefox and internet explorer and I have norton internet security, the version of flash is adobe flash 9. The problem occur even if I disable norton internet security. Any idea of settings I have to tweak? Submitting scores from games work however and the games are not glitched. I have uninstalled flash and reinstalled it with no success.

Of course the NPT sent me a useless email and will never follow-up!

Any idea?

It's because of the flash upgrade, I've been having problems ever since.

Yep. It's Flash 9's problem. Check here for older versions. Version 8 works just fine: http://www.oldapps.com/Macromedia_Flash_Player.htm

(Mods feel free to edit out the link if it's not allowed)

Finding how to uninstall flash before reinstalling an old version may be difficult. Here is the link I used :

Firefox now works ok. But the installer does not seems to install flash in explorer. I am trying to find a way to manually install the player in explorer.
