Actually, don't want to step on any toes, but xjox (who hasn't been around here in forever, but was a friend of mine when she was) created the original idea, way back in October, 2004: http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=166158

It was back when shops could have prices higher than 100000. And before the toy's description was changed. We priced them all at 133700 so no one could buy them. I took my pink poogle toy out when the shops were changed. But just put it back The pink poogle toy that I got from McDonald's still sits on the top of my monitor.
