think there have to be bots. We were told there were only about 15 moderators, and there's no way they could give out as many warnings as people receive.
I wouldn't worry about it, someone named Shroomy (staff member, apparently) posted and said they handle their freezings by hand (no freezebots). So even if you get a bot response like that, you won't get iced for it...

I don't think I'd worry about that warning (the original post) too much. It's annoying and getting that new event - Mail from theneopetsteam - does make your stomach drop to your toes then zoom back up to your throat. I know, I got a warning for typing ebay on my guild board. But the other person on the board who suggested ebay to me did not.
They handle freezings by hand...
I mean no disrespect to Shroomy who has been nothing but polite and patient with everyone here and who takes the time to post. But all freezings done by hand? No bots? Let's just think about the ratio of players to staff. Now think about all the freezings/warnings that happen. Even if every single staff member worked 24/7, there's no way I can see it would be humanly possible for every single warning and every single freezing to be done by hand.
Johnny, you shouldn't have been able to get that post through, the word hit does trigger a filter on it's own, let alone if you have something like ... pet's hit points (for example). So again, I do think something's wrong with them. Maybe all the server/database stuff is making them crazy?
I still would like to know how people are posting those chains without getting a filter or warning when people post telling others NOT to post them and DO get a warning. Is really very confused here!
