I was RSing today and it hung a bit (as it's been doing lately) so I clicked on the submit button again... and ended up with 3 of the item in my inventory by the time it went through! Should I report this or will I get frozen for "exploiting a bug" if I do?

just leave it alone and if they freeze you, just say that you don't know what they are talking about. plus you probably already had 2 in there befoer you bought the third and just forgot about it.

The only problem would be if they thought you were using an autobuyer... but if your account is reasonably unknown (less than 2mil NP, shop size 40 or below, etc.), you'll probably be OK. ;)

Did your NP go through 3 times? If it did, I'm sure it'd be more likely counted legit and not a bug...I think.

Yeah, sometimes you get lucky and a few come through, but you pay for them... not sure if that is legit either though...

Interesting...I would just keep it on the low down. Don't let it become news, or else they'll really catch you.

I'd say go ahead and report it, because if they DO find out and freeze you, at least you can honestly say you reported it, before they froze you.

Either way, it's not a clear cut problem. If you report it, you run the risk of freezing, and if you don't, you run the risk of freezing.

Amazing what one can come up with when one is given a cardboard box and a roll of duct-tape!

Yeah, that's pretty much how I was looking at it.... frogged if I do, frogged if I don't. I -think- I paid for them all... (there WERE 3 available at the start of the RS) but I'll keep two of 'em stuffed in my SDB for a while.

Hehe...frogged. I would report; you look innocent, plus then they can fix it.

Although that seems the honest thing to do, I know I've heard people say that they reported something they accidently did, and were later frozen for it. So sometimes, they take your report as a confession.

To be honest, sometimes they just don't care.

Well, either way you run the risjk of being frozen. I'd reccomend reporting it though, because TNT will have to go easier on you for "confessing" it. Not accusing you that it was your fault, but if you report it and they doo freeze you at least they can fix it so it won't be a waste rather than not reporting it.

if it's accidental and you only did it once, don't report it. moreover, you could have bought three item for the correct price, not three for the price of one. what happened to you may be just like those scammers telling you to go to their shop, click on an item and hold enter.

Well at least neopets is not going to be p2p like most other games.
