I had my pet stolen a long time ago... after reading Yukio's Article about having your pet stolen, I feel relieved that this has happened to others..and that they have been able to get back their pets

I was wondering which neopets email form I should use to contact neopets about my situation?

This actually happened to me in late 2002... when I had contacted neopets about the situation with proof that the pet was mine (pet pages were left unmodified with links to my site, a pic of the fanart that had gotten my pet a trophy in the beauty contest, etc), the neopets team just said that it wasn't fair to take the pet away from the guy who was now the owner

That doesn't make sense to me at all... so in fustration, I stopped playing
neopets for awhile... I recently checked my account and looked up my pet's account ..and noticed that the person who had taken my pet is now frozen... so I emailed the neopets team again, but it's been 3-4 weeks without an answer...

what should I do?

That is so unfair. Your pet was stolen, and even with undeniable proof, they still wouldn't return it to you?!? I can understand why you left Neopets for a while.
I really think that, especially now with the offender frozen, they should return your pet to you. It is rightfully yours, as the pet was taken from your account without your consent. Try writing TNT again, and if you don't get anything back from them, keep trying. Make sure you use every single screen capture and every single bit of information that would truly identify that pet as your own. Restate your case, as well. I certainly hope you get your pet back soon!

Awhile back in late 2002, I had logged onto my neopets account to find two of my pets (babyduckie and Angilire) missing. I did not share my password with anyone . I emailed The Neopets Team about my situation, but the only response I had gotten was that it was not fair to take away _my_ pets from their new owners. No one had even tried to find out if this player was a cheater-- Goldeneyebond was allowed to keep my pets. Recently I logged on and looked up my pet, babyduckie, only to find that Goldeneyebond had finally been frozen for cheating. That's great, but my pets still have not been returned to me.

I have proof that Babyduckie is mine (username:lilducky):
if you go to babyduckie's profile page, you will see many references to my real name (Jaclyn L.), my username (lilducky), links to my shop, and links to my art gallery.

Also, I have been a player for 4 years. If you check babyduckie's stats on the profile, you will see that she is also 4 years old.

Angilire, my other pet, is also 4 years old, but the new owner (halloween233, who I suspect is the same person as Goldeneyebond) has only been playing for 2 years.

Please, all I want is to have my pets returned to me. If Angilire cannot be returned, I understand, but babyduckie's new owner was proven to be a cheater. Thanks for your time..

If your talking about me, I didn't report it... The previous owner did, and thats how she got her pet back.

That was bad news for me but good for her, she said she was hacked and they put her pet in the pound.

Since it worked for her, just keep on bugging tnt.
