If anyone is still interested in this thread: What are some tips for communicating with The Neopets Team when frozen? It seems being calm, collected and well informed is a good start.

I have 2 warnings, one for something in my shop, and 2nd for spamming the report form, when my computer sends it everytime I press enter!
