its on top of that rock mountin place....what ever its called tyrain sometihng but its up there theres a sign that says plato click it then look around.

Got that while the Wheel was spinning

that sometimes happens. If you load the 'look page" to se ehow much time is left, sometimes the wheel does not spin because you 'looking' already collected the prize.
