You really should check the trades.
The lowest I see there is around 150k. So you're looking at something around 150-200k. Hope that helps

The auctions are the best place to find the cheapest prices for pbs. There are many white pbs in the auctions now. I would suggest not paying more than 115k for it.

I saw 150k at the trading post so I'd try to haggle to get it down to 130-140k
