Last week, I took some lab map pieces out of my SDB and sold them. The next day--they were back in my SDB. I sent a bug report in... I got this response.

I'm still afraid to sell them though, because that technically would be abusing a glitch and I could be frozen later for it. So what should I do?

Keep the email, sell the pieces, if anyone gives you trouble you have that proof, I'm sure your safe

I had been in contact with her in the past (within the last year) in regards to a failed Pocket Neopets code. Honestly, I didn't have a good encounter with her though.

Hmmm... Maybe Adam gave orders not to freeze anyone with the glitch in their favor. That would explain why you didn't have a good encounter with her before.

I had dealings with Kari a couple of times re: TCG codes that didn't work. She was always super fast getting back to me and super nice. I know one time I wrote in about a TCG code and she got back to me within I think an hour! with a new code and a nice email. I sent her a thank you greeting.

I know I complain about things that I think are bad or wrong, but I think it's also important to acknowledge and praise when something or someone is really great!

Oh and congrats! I wish I'd gotten something back from that glitch ... I lost a bunch of codestones and a few pieces of bd stuff that I'd bought for my (hopefully) battle pet. So I've spent the day re=buying the codestones (at inflated prices).

TNT did a Safety Deposit Box rollback last week. It also affected the Shops and Trading Post. The sellers made out great -- the items they sold or traded during a 3-day period were returned to them, plus they got to keep the NPs. The buyers, on the other hand, lost both their NPs and the items they had purchased.

Luckily, I didn't do much shopping during this time period, so I lost just a little bit. But I did sell a few things in my shop, which were returned to me when they did the rollback. Fortunately I still had the buyers' names in my Sales History, so I just sent them back the items they had purchased.

Yes..It happened to me..I have tucked the items I sold (that were returned) back into my SDB and will resell them in a while. When I reported it to neo..i didn't get a response as usual..but hopefully it will be OK..If u celebrate Happy Thanksgiving to all..
