A school is something we may be adding in the future, but for now you can raise your NeoPets intelligence by reading it books. You can normally find books on sale in the Marketplace for less than 30 NP each.

At the moment you cannot do anything. This is a challenge for the one player Battledome which will be launched very shortly. Then you will be able to have one player fights with characters such as Dr Sloth, Chiazilla and the Power Puff Girls.

Well at least they tried. Tehy've got the employment agency which is still good, but not really a major money maker.


They were optomistic, but they also had to be realistic. The truth is, making a pet-marrigage thingy would have caused problems (especially since the lab ray does do strange things).

Nope, this is something we do not allow. What would be the point in playing if the staff have all the best items and most Neopoints? Just take a look at my Neopets (Thyassa, Uni or Shoyshoy), they are all weaklings that wouldnt last 5 seconds in the Battledome

And how long would Adam's pets last...?

Why don't you charge people to play NeoQuest? Then it will limit the number of people who play and you can keep it up all the time!

Key word there is have. Just like TNT isn't out there holding a gun to your head to buy a plushie, nobody is making you pay for neopets premium. It's an extra thing you can purchase if you want to. *shrug* I'm really sick of people making this whole premium thing out to be something it's not. If they can keep increasing revenue with optional products and services while still keeping the main game free, more power to them. *stops hijacking thread and steps off soapbox*

I honestly have to say that I think Adam deserves to be exempt from that rule. He DID create the site, after all, and I know if I created a hugely popular virtual pet site, I'd probably give myself anything I wanted too. I mean, it's MINE!

My account was frozen, is there anything I can do to get it back?
Chances are that you know exactly why you were frozen and you will not get your account back. If you honestly have no idea, just email mailto:frozen@neopets.com and one of our support team will tell you. I suggest not using the 'it wasn't me it was my brother/my cousin/my friend/my goldfish' excuse as it will not get you any sympathy and we hear it hundreds of times everyday. The best thing to do is just to tell the truth, although it is pretty unlikely you will get your account unfrozen.
