if you used a hotmail address, don't forget to check your junk mail folder, stuff can get lost in there by mistake.

i did check it but i got it in the end i had to wait for the new day to start before i could send away for it again i got it back and changed it to something i would rememmber

Be sure to write down your passwords somewhere secure, where you and only you knows where to find it.

Good luck in getting a quick response. It took me days of asking them to send me my pw through their form. In the end, I think I submitted a bug report because it had taken months. So, if you don't get it by tomorrow, that's what I'd do if I were you...
