Okay I just jumped into the hole with eyes wide open and got this:
fred jumps out of the hole a few seconds later...
Wow - fred is carrying an item. I wonder where they found ' Broken Pottery'!!
Does someone else wanna try it and see if they get an item aswell??

okay I just did it with eyes closed and I got it again. Is this supposed to be a once a day thing coz if it is Im a bit worried that I got two prizes

I've been playing that symol hole since it appeared and have yet to get ANYTHING from it.

I do it everyday, and I once got a Pirakeet plushie, so I think it is rare to get items, but possible

Tried today, Squeezy Symol Toy! First time I have ever gotten anything at all.
EDIT: Whoa! These things are still very rare. Only one other in my shop listing, the other is unbuyable! I hope I can sell it for a decent price.

wow congrats!! My prize is worth about 20k but I'm having a lot of trouble selling it. I guess people don't have much use for broken pottery
