Plushie Tycoon Help!

I don't get how it takes so long to make a plushie... I've waited awhile now... I've hired workers and stuff...

How many workers? With about 150 of the third kind and 125 of the 4th kind, I could make... I think 150 or 250 something plushies in an hour.

all i can suggest is to have 1 manager per 10 workers. for the number and type of workers, well youve gotta find out on your own
