Lol, TNT thinks that after they freeze my account that they can keep sending me junk email? What is that all about? It proves that when they freeze you they pretend that you are still there. Over 100 million players?!? Yeah right! Today I got 3 newsletter emails for my old accounts, julian520, julian_520, and drackonack. The first two were frozen two years ago and the last one a couple months! It was for that stupid Jamba Juice thing. I have unsubscribed before, but I keep getting them! HELP!

They sent me that email 3 times, despite the fact that I have only one UN regestered on that email.
But its all about the ads these days...

Yeah, these ads are so annoying! I keep getting ad's for my old (frozen) account (jump_for_my_love) and it's really weird... Coz I don't get them for my current active account.

I'm thinking there's something wrong with their mailing list. I have unsubcribed manually through a link and through the newer e-mail preferences panel on the site and I've still gotten e-mails like that (I've even sent bug reports on them.) Prolly the best thing to do is set up a filter that deletes them or places them in the trash.

Haha, I don't know why I was the only one this was happening too. I got the Jamba Juice one three times when it came out, and then 3 more times halfway between that time and now, and the 3 more a couple days ago. I mean, dang, I bought it before any of the e-mails came

I know how you feel. Frozen, and the only e-mail I get is ads for Jamba Juice!

Hmm, that's odd. I unsubscribed through the new email preferences on the Help page, and I haven't gotten a mailing list ad since.

I seem to get a Jamba juice one at least once a week. They always seem to come in pairs too. Probably because I have two accounts. It's kinda getting annoying to delete the same email over and over again. Especially when there's no Jamba Juice stores anywhere near me.

I got two of those Jamba Juice things from one account and there are no Jamba Juices where i live. I'm gonna unsuscribe when neo comes back

If you use an email program where this is possible, set a filter to delete or move to a bulk folder on anything that contains terms like "Jamba Juice".

I just got a Gmail invite and marked Neopets as spam... Problem solved, hopefully! I am FREE!
