New Trading Post Feature?

It says that under the "Create a New Trade" button.

"Stuck"? Like if you lost an item, you can press the button to get it back?

Maybe if your waiting for people to accept a trade they are 'stuck'?

There was a problem with stuck items before although I'm not sure what it realy means. I think it's something like someone accepted a trade but it's still stuck in the trading post or you have put items up for trade but can't get them out again. I think it's a useful idea anyway.

Can it really tell or something if the item is stuck? And how does it know? I mean, I tried it when I had a trade and nothing happened. But I guess I wouldn't know since no items were ever stuck for me before. I think. I hope.
