Im still seeing it. I remember when the shop first opened it was like that. Actually, now that I think of it, Im not sure it ever changed...?

I was thinking the same thing earlier today. TNT said they were re-making all the maps, I hope they didn't just mean the explore ones. The Bazaar is the first one that they should re-do.
