Hi.
Is there a way to submit shop wizard values right into the URL to get the result?
I mean, could there be some kind of [http://www.neopets.com/market.phtml?type=wizard&submit=Search Shops&shopwizard=item&criteria=containing&exact=FALSE](This didn't work) that will returns the result of the search without having to type them into the shop wizard?
Thanks in advance.

Why would you want that?
To make a cheat program?

My thoughts exactly, also...

I think the person wants to be lazy, not create a cheat program. I know I bookmark a lot of helpful URLs when I play. I have even heard of people bookmarking 'big profit' items in the Igloo Garage Sale (NOT the game) so they can instantly check if that item is for sale there or not.
Personally, I concider THAT cheating. I do not think bookmarking a search command would be the same thing.

I dunno. It sounds like it's a 'trying to gain advantage over other Neopians' type of thing, but using smarts usually gets you an advantage. I use a web page with links to do my dailies. Is THAT cheating?

no, just smarts
using the process link may be cheating
but hey, there are a lot of process links ppl use (auto adopt link too but thats against the rules isnt it?)

Well... I just want to create links to items I always need to buy, like codestones and such.
I don't know how can that be considered cheating. PPT's IDB does have something that throws the string into the text box of the shopwizard and another that can directly get the results directly from the trading post, I just want a "PPT IDB's Trading Post link"'s shortcut to the shop wizard, to save the time and neopets.com resource of loading the empty search page which I will use so often.
So much discussion on my intentions... Anyone has the solution?

As far as I know it's not possible.
Probably because this could be used to make cheat programs.

It's possible, alright. What are you using? vb?
Submit the text after the ? as post data. Don't forget to spoof the referer tag in the http request to "http://www.neopets.com/market.phtml?type=wizard", or you might get a "security settings" message from neopets.
need help? pm me.

You're gonna use a programming language to automatically go to the right shop wizard page?
You probably know you're crossing the line between 'making it easier' and cheating here. If your program automatically goes to the right page it's only a small step to automatically buy what you want. Et voila, you have yourself an autobuyer...

I thought that the IDB just gave you a link to the search page of the TP/Shop Wizard, but you still have to actually click search.
Much the same as the feature on Neo, where when you search for an item using the side bar you can check to see if it's on the Shop Wizard.
