Regarding the high scores, would the person who won first place with 50 million in game, actually recieve that money as a prize?

I highly doubt it. Those are simply neopoints in the game. Most likely he/she will recieve a trophy and a sum of neopoints.

No you don't get the 50 million.

Make over 50,000 NP in the game, and you get 25,000 NP. 250,000 or more, and you win 50,000 NP. Make 1,000,000 NP in the game, and you receive 100,000 NP.
