I phrased it as "The Royal Family's Reward from usurper" and got the balloon and NP.

Same here... The last time that happened was with the Meepit Lamps. Winners were getting 7, 8, or even 9 Meepit Lamps, as well as the multiple NPs. The Meepits crowding my inventory kind of creeped me out, lol!!
