im frozen 
they accused me of cheating on neopets with multiple accounts o.O they frozen my sister too my sis made a new account, and since tnt don't reply for as long as 1 month before you get a reply, i thought why bother emailing them, and i dont wanna start all over again -_-

Like many have said before, give em a big, long, legible and polite email with all the trimmings as far as account info and perhaps some personal info goes. It will take a while (or maybe not) for them to respond, but I'm sure you can get unfrozen relatively easily.

Not another one! Has neo gone freezing crazy? Its always worth emailing them, read stampsynes post she got her account back after 1 day. Remember they are more likely to respond if you are polite and your letter/email is spell checked. Good luck.

true, but ill just leave it as it is, neopets REALLY cuts into my school studies xD at least theres finally something stopping me from going on neopets now
ill still be at PPT though

eh, i've been playing neo for about a year, and maybve this is for my own good, so im somewhat happy... or very hyper, i just drank 1 liter of mountain dew

I don't think this is a freezing crazy situation.
I'm sure quite a few people get frozen every day. It just depends on who cares enough to go find help on a forum such as ours.

Well, freezings might not always be fair, but I can assure you that they do it in the interest of safety and the players (or DO they?)

I am waiting to see the final result of freezing fairness. I did, however, get a fast and postive response. Less than 10 hours later, I got an e-mail saying that I should be able to access my account again. The fact that I cannot is another story

:O Now im worried....There are like 3-5 people who use this computer for neopets... :| i dONT WANNA GET FROZEN!!...and we occasionaly send stuff we win to each other.....:/
