Pet bored with Dice A Roo

After reading all the posts about Dice A Roo, I played for a long time today and won lots of food (I've never won anything before today). I want to play more, but my kau is bored of it. How long do they stay bored? Is it a daily thing? I've played a lot of games since then, but that didn't seem to help...

Your pet will usually only stay bored of Dice-A-Roo for about 1-2 days. Sometimes it's even less.

Boo...that feels like a long time, especially when I've just found out the excitement of selling things in my shop (which I get from Dice a roo). Is there a strategy that will keep my pet from getting bored, or should I just not play it as much as I did?

Edit: She's not bored with it anymore, but I'm wondering how long it'll be before she's bored again. I'm trying to alternate games. I just won the jackpot, too! It was only about 300 nps, but every little bit helps.
