somebody said they were making a programme that would let you practice restocking? they were asking for help in making the programme but im not sure if it was on this site?

Practise restocking? Sounds scammish to me. I've never heard of it before...

"twasn't here. I will say, though, that generally programs that say they'll help you practice restocking will ask for your password or steal your cookies. It's better to practice in, say, the tiki tack shop on Mystery Island, or the souvenir shop in Neopia central.

no, it was a practice programme that you downloaded and it wasnt on neopets. it was a place to practice how to fast restock.

As shapu said, this is most probably a scam, especially if it requires downloading. Just practise at the tiki tack shop or something, find a random item to buy and see how fast you can go through the buying process. Just don't key in the correct amount of np (as in make it very far from the asking price) so you will not waste your np on junk.

No, it was here, along long long time ago, a member Mx firebird or something said he would be making a program that you can practice restocking on. And it wasn't a scam, he was well known here for his computer knowledge, but he quit a few weeks later so nobody really knows what happened to that.

The key to restocking quickly is rounding your offer price up to the next hundred, thousand, or 10k level.
Once you can type in your 0s quickly, you're golden.
