Is it me, or are shops not restocking?

I've been checking on the shops every minute, but since the news went up, it doesn't seem like the shops have restocked at all.

Or am I just nuts?

I checked every now and then for a while and I didn't get anything either, except a Shop of Mystery restock.. so...I gave up.

OK, it's been over an hour now, and still no book store restock.

All I know is that when I cleared my internet files so that the neopets clock would work right, it killed the shop toolbar thing, and it won't show up any more. *is very very mad at it right now*

wierd. All the shops are dead. Maybe they're practicing for Halloween!

Maybe the main shops are doing the same thing as the user shops - all the items scattered all over the place ... and they're going to fix it! (hopes)
