Frozen Situation - Staff Emails

I wrote to William, explaining my situation, and I got this -

Hi,



This account was found to be owned by the same person as an account that was
asking for others' accounts, and cannot be returned.



If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire text of this
e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address
your situation.

Does anyone know any other staff members email that I could try, and possibly get a fast reply?

I would keep speaking to the person who sent you that email. But, some people have said Carmen....dont know for sure cos Ive not had that problem. Good luck though!:)

yep as far as i know people have said good things about her!

yep as far as i know people have said good things about her!

Carmen e-mailed me 2 days after, and she definetly said I won't get my account back.

My best advice would be pesist with this staff member. Provide him details of every account that you've ever made.
