I did it! (I offered him 350k before he changed it to no less than 300k, but oh well, 50k isn't anything big)
Well. I paid 200k more than it was worth, but hey. I figure, if I failed, I'd have to buy another one, and that would cost me over 300k more than if I just went along and finished it now, so... Yeah. *heads off to the gloat/cry topic*
