What?? Wrong Safety Code??? Grrrr!!!

I try to log in (since neopets logged me out on a mysterious way) and i type my username...

everythings fine! i see my current neopet!

everythings fine! i enter my p/w

everythings fine! i enter the safety code or whatever, and it says that the safety code is unavailable!

i tried multiple times and it kept going wrong! while i'm actually pretty sure that it was the correct code (for what i could see)

now i can't try it for 59 minutes anymore!

any suggestions how i can fix that?

i dont know if this has anything to do with it, but neo is currently laggy and i heard that a user can't log in as well

Do it really slowly?

Otherwise you just cant log in :/

I'd love to hear suggestions too, since I seem to be in the same situation. It's saying I can't log in because of some incorrect pass/code even though I'm positive I typed it in correctly. =|

I just tried to log on, and there does seem to be something pretty wrong...the security code doesn't change when I refresh the page. I didn't notice it at first but normally the code changes every time you refresh or enter the wrong code. I would suggest not trying to log in until you see the code change after you hit the F5 key, or the refresh button on your browser.

Same here--I tried my main and my galleries--and what's weird is that I got the same security code combination of numbers and letters each time I tried to log in.

Thank goodness that others are having problems, too. I got really scared and thought my accounts had been hacked. Now, I see that it must be just another Neopets glitch.

Argh, I hope it isn't the same. I just sent an email to someone at neo, LOL, I tried to send a neomail but couldn't as I can't log in :shock: I hope someone is working on this, it's going to kill my Plushie Tycoon game.

Medusa, that is the same code that I am getting also.

I just sent an email to someone in support about it (they had written me a few weeks back after I had reported a glitch). Hopefully, the email will go through.

It's really dumb that you can't use the "Contact Us" section without having to sign in first. Makes it impossible to report a bug on the sign-in page.
