I would like to rate weapons send in information of ones that are yet not known of, and give my rating and opinions on weapons. If you can give me this job please private message me.

Have you ever heard of IDB?
If not, ill give you poor summary of it. Its an in depth battlepedia, with information about every weapon in neopia, like its icons and defence etc, and then there are i think 25+ weapons raters would test and rate the weapons. If you get your hands on an new weapon that has not been rated, you can test it and submit the info to IDB through the submit info bit.

The IDB isn't hiring anyone new right now though, so... you might have to wait awhile to be an "official" weapons rater.
