probably... the neoboards say that you need an undead grundo shopkeeper (card) in your neodeck, though thats the shopkeeper (in avatar) of the spooky furniture in the deserted fairground o.O

I had the card in my SDB, tried in in my neodeck, no av. Refreshed, no av.
Sounds like a case of item inflation to me. Besides, the picture on the card doesnt look a THING like the av 0_o.

That could also be a buddy icon, as it has no text or animation on it... or maybe just a preliminary version of a finished av? Guess we won't know for a while.

Neopets does tend to mix up the two every now and again don't they. I remember neopets released a few buddy icons as avatars..so you never know.
