A problemwith my browser effectng neopets

I've been getting this messege for the past 3 weeks while trying to restock, I have already done what the team suggested (from the link). But none of that seems to work. I've been avoiding it with mozzilla, but its really putting me behind the competion. I do not have Norton Anti-Virus Firewall/internet security or any firewall. I also have the most recent version of IE and am running on XP Home. I was wondering if any of you computer pros could have any idea to whats causing the problem?

Try scanning your computer for Viruses and Spyware, then check all your browser settings. Which browser is your default one (like I use AOL and I.E. but I.E. is my default)?

If you haven't got anti-virus or anti-spyware software, I suggest these:
Kasperky Anti-Virus or MCafee Anti-Virus
Spybot Search & Destroy or Tenebril Spy Catcher
