I thought this deserved it's own thread, so, here you have it:
http://www.neopets.com/medieval/brightvale.phtml?
Fifty miles east of Meridell there stands another castle, in a kingdom ruled by King Hagan the Wise (better known as the older brother of that scruffy oaf Skarl). The kingdom is known as Brightvale, a bastion of peace, knowledge and really lovely ornate windows.
And there are three new shops:
The Scrollery
Brightvale Glazers
Brightvale Books
A new Wheel:
Wheel of Knowledge
and a new castle.

That's not exactly a new world (it's part of Meridell), but it's still cool. The castle looks rather jungley.
This is the fouth (including Darigan) Meridell link-off world.. I wish they'd add one for Mystery Island.

Good find, though I do think that Meridell only needs one sub-kingdom (Darigan). I wonder when they'll add it, or if it'll be hidden like the Jelly World.

Oh, I love it. It looks like somethng out of a storybook.

You and me, both. They need to add this "Lost City" or whatever it was called that appeared in the TCG.
Oh and this is what ALL worlds should look like. I think the maps are all due for a nice makeover to look more like Brightvale, Darigan Citadel, Ice Caves and Kreludor.
Sounds like another NT Editorial question to me...

From the looks of it, this has something to do with that Hannah Plot. Nice scenery, but I do hope the wheel of knowledge isn't as annoying as the Wheel of Monotony.

I'm also hoping that's what it'll do. Even if I don't get any good books and intelligence increases from it, it may lower the prices of some books, therefore making it easier for me and other people to buy them.

Ooooh, that's kewel looking.
I hope the king here is cuter than Skarl. And hopefully not a Skieth.

If it gives rare books...they won't be rare after a week...like Mazzew on the other whelel.
Cool that Skarl has a brother and by the looks of how he's described...he's not a lazy Skeith...or not AS lazy.
Hope he's a Blue Skeith...I love Skeiths.

Where was Brightvale anyway when there was a whole war going on? I mean wars aren't exactly that easy to miss.

I doubt it has something to do with the Hannah Plot. She's from Krawk Island, and the TCG/Plot has to do with Terror Mountain.
And I hope that the king is a Skeith. They need a good role model. Plus I never really understood the "My brother is of a different species" thing (i.e. Lisha and Jeran). I can understand it for "brothers" and "sisters" for pets of an owner, but not for pets who have no owner.
EDIT:

I was thinking the same thing. You'd think that they would've sent troops to help. Oh well...

I think if it fitted the theme of knowledge -- Hagan would be a Lenny (of course they'll prove me wrong)

Perhaps one of the siblings took a chug of a morphing potion at a young age?
